About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Facilities Support Specialist to join our Rapid Response Team at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • React to all helpdesk calls received and provide timely support to our clients
  • Clean and maintain internal lights, replace bulbs, clean carpets, move light equipment and deliveries as requested
  • Perform high-level cleaning tasks after training
  • Clear ice, snow, and leaves as requested
  • Keep stores clean, tidy, and check off/receive deliveries
  • Keep vehicles clean, tidy, and stocked up
  • Aid deliveries around site
  • Curtain removal for cleaning and rehanging
  • Occasionally aid the laundry department
  • Delivery of meals to sick wards
  • Basic cleaning as requested
  • Basic gate cover as requested
  • Escort deliveries as requested
  • Cover data entry clerks in emergency situations as requested
  • Ensure all visitors are welcomed and managed in a polite and courteous manner
  • Comply with all company rules, regs, and policies at all times
  • Perform any other reasonable task within capability
Requirements
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Basic cleaning knowledge
  • Basic H&S knowledge
  • Security clearance will be required
