Job Title: Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at BJF Group. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day contractual and operational delivery of our facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contract health and safety, ensuring compliance with BJF Group policies and procedures.
  • Deliver operational excellence in contract management, including reactive and small works.
  • Manage financial delivery of contracts, ensuring financial commitments are met and exceeded.
  • Provide leadership, management, and development of contracts, ensuring employee management and leadership are effective.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, promoting TEAMS Values and ensuring a safe and supportive work environment.
Requirements:

Essential requirements include managerial experience at Contract Manager or Senior Supervisor level, with a 'can do' service-focused attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to changing business requirements. Practical experience must include recruitment and line management/supervisory experience.
