About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Facilities Support Specialist to join our Rapid Response Team at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • React to all helpdesk calls received and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Clean and maintain internal lights, replace bulbs, clean carpets, move light equipment and deliveries as requested
  • Perform high-level cleaning tasks, including clearing ice, snow, and leaves as needed
  • Keep stores clean, tidy, and well-organized, and receive and check off deliveries
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, tidy, and stocked up, and aid deliveries around site
  • Provide basic cleaning and gate cover as requested, and escort deliveries as needed
  • Cover data entry clerks in emergency situations and ensure all visitors are welcomed and managed in a polite and courteous manner
  • Comply with all company rules, regulations, and policies at all times
Requirements
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Basic cleaning knowledge and experience
  • Basic H&S knowledge and awareness
  • Security clearance will be required
