About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic Service Sales team at Ddgroup. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through cross-selling additional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales orders for consumables and spare parts, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Process customer payments using Sage Pay, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment.
  • Generate and process contract renewals, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to customers.
  • Support the administration of telesales and field sales activity, providing data and insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Chase up renewals with customers, upsell existing contracts, and sell new contracts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate quotes and proposals at the request of customers and the direct field sales team, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Effectively direct sales opportunities to the best channels for maximum return, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions.
  • Respond knowledgeably to questions or queries from existing and future customers on our product and service offering, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Build strong client relationships, providing quality care and customer satisfaction, and understanding and developing product knowledge to drive sales and customer engagement.
