About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Nurse to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a Community Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
- Post-registration education and training in community nursing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
