Psychological Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at HMP Elmley or HMP Swaleside. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality psychological care to patients.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have excellent assessment and intervention skills, with a strong focus on promoting positive behavior change and supporting patients in achieving their goals. Key Requirements
