Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £42,500-£51,000 per annum.
About the PositionCrooton Ltd is recruiting a skilled Mental Health Therapist to work with offenders and prison staff.
In this rewarding role, you will use your expertise to identify and address mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities- To assess and diagnose mental health conditions using standardized tools.
- To create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client requirements.
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- To maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
You must possess a relevant qualification in mental health, such as a diploma or degree in psychology, social work, or nursing.
Experience working in a similar role, preferably within the prison setting, is highly desirable.
You should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
