Nursing Practitioner

We are currently recruiting for a Nursing Practitioner to join our team at Crooton Ltd. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
About the Role:
- To support qualified staff in all activities relating to the delivery of high-quality patient-centred care.
- To set up and support clinics for patients.
- To undertake an extended role, including offender-focused health promotion activities and programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with all activities of daily living, including eating and drinking, movement, physical comfort, personal hygiene, and use of toilet facilities.
- Participate in planning and liaison activities for patients.
- Assist in the general running of the department by undertaking housekeeping and clerical duties as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Registered Nursing Associate or on the NMC register.
- Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification.
- English and Mathematics basic qualifications (e.g. GCSE at Grade C or above).
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
Location: Isle of Sheppey HMP Elmley.
