Job Description

As a SEND teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs at our secondary school in Northampton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing individual learning plans in collaboration with teachers and other staff.
  • Supporting students to develop social skills and independence.
  • Providing professional experience working with and supporting children.
