We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Woking. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a secure mental health setting.
Job OverviewCygnet Hospital Woking is a CQC-rated Good hospital providing a range of secure mental health services for men and women, as well as an Acute service. Our sister hospital, Cygnet Lodge Woking, offers a high-dependency inpatient rehabilitation service and an Acute service for men, extending our care pathway.
About the Role- Produce exceptional written reports based on comprehensive nursing assessments and observations.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop, audit, and improve service quality.
- Participate in ongoing training and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance knowledge and promote best practices in nursing.
- Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines, involving residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications within established healthcare procedures and guidelines.
