Electronic Monitoring Support Officer

Make a Real Impact in Community Safety
Our client, a respected local government organisation, is seeking passionate individuals to join their electronic tagging service team. As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you'll play a key part in ensuring safety and security for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team during daily tasks
- Assist in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
- Collaborate with team members for seamless operations and clear communication
- Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License - No more than 9 points
- BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
- DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Assignment Details:
- Working Pattern: Full Time 37.5 hours per week
- Working Hours: Shift pattern, 10 week rotation, covering 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year
- Training: 1 day online training and induction
