We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in Colchester. As a Senior Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality complex care at home to clients with diverse health needs.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse to branch into community care with a supportive and established team. You will work closely with our clients and their families to deliver tailored care plans that promote optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients with complex health needs
- Provide non-invasive ventilation, enteral feeding, and other specialized care services as required
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified Nurse with current NMC registration. Experience with jejunal feeding and managing Type-1 diabetes is desirable, but bespoke training will be provided.
