  • In this position, you will identify potential deprivation of liberty and ensure the least restrictive means of care provision.
  • The role demands continuous professional development requirements and staying up-to-date with legislative changes.
  • You will participate in training and support staff development to meet changing job demands.
  • This role involves carrying out and reviewing assessments and support plans for adults and their carers to build a good life in their community.

Requirements:

  • A Social Work Qualification or equivalent is required.
  • You must be registered with the relevant health professional council/governing body (Social Care England).
