**Job Title:** Derby HLTA Role
**Estimated Salary:** £22,000 - £32,000 per annum.
We are looking for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at a thriving primary school in Derby (DE1). As a key member of our teaching and learning team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of engaging lessons and contributing to the educational success of our pupils.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching Support: Assist in planning and delivering lessons, leading small group sessions, and monitoring pupil progress.
- Intervention Delivery: Implement targeted programs to support pupils with specific learning needs, including those with SEN.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
**Requirements:
- Qualifications: A Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, with substantial experience in a primary school setting.
- Experience: Proven track record as a teaching assistant, demonstrating strong support for pupils' learning and development.
- Enthusiasm for Education: Genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their educational success.
