We are looking for an accomplished Teacher of Plumbing to join our team at Derby College Group. As a key member of our Building Services department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging plumbing lessons to learners.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver plumbing lessons that cater to the needs of learners, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
- Provide mentorship and support to learners, offering constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve.
- Assess learner progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance their skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement plumbing courses that meet the needs of employers and learners.
Requirements:
- A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) or equivalent experience.
- Substantial knowledge and expertise in plumbing, including current industry practices and technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with learners of varying ages and abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting changing demands.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
