We're looking for a highly skilled E-commerce & Online Trading Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our online trading operations.

Key Objectives

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing the ecommerce strategy for designated beauty categories, aiming to increase revenue growth through improved customer engagement and expanded product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day trading across Boots.com, focusing on revenue & profit growth and market share objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase online sales.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and business partners.
  • Collaborate with the development team to launch new products and features, improving user experience and driving growth.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and compliance in online trading practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ecommerce or retail trading, with a solid understanding of online trading dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience in team management and development.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to inform decision-making and drive improvement.

Compensation & Benefits

Our estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including a pension scheme, discretionary bonuses, and flexible working arrangements.
