Boots Non-Store Teams are seeking an E-commerce Strategist & Digital Trade Leader to join our ecommerce teams, responsible for the day-to-day trade of their specific categories including building and executing the digital trade plan to achieve growth targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day trading and how the categories show up across Boots online platforms.
  • Develops and implements the overall e-commerce strategy for the categories they are responsible for, to ensure revenue growth through increased customer acquisition, conversion and growing range/inventory.
  • Managing multiple internal and external stakeholders including driving the e-commerce agenda for their categories across the business, influencing range decisions, and representing Boots.
  • Responsible for legal and safe trade of own categories online and delivery of KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in e-commerce, or with strong retail trading experience.
  • Understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing and using data & insight to improve performance and in building and delivering plans.
