We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team at CV-Library. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in sourcing and procurement to drive business growth.

About the Role

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver cost savings and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and negotiating with suppliers. You will also have a strong understanding of procurement processes and systems, including e-RFx.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering category plans and strategies to meet business objectives
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Leading commercial negotiations and driving strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges and goals
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in procurement, with a strong understanding of sourcing processes and systems
  • A proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and negotiating with suppliers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
