The role involves leading our Procurement department, responsible for the direct management of all colleagues in the department. This includes ongoing management of our Procurement strategy & activity to ensure optimal supplier performance and price.

This key position requires a seasoned professional with proven leadership and management skills, excellent relationship management abilities, and strong negotiation skills. You will develop and implement a strategy to ensure the function is operating in line with business objectives, adding value, mitigating supply chain risk, and delivering cost savings.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships and contract management to deliver continuous improvement in goods and services delivery by the supply base.

You will work closely with the Procurement team to translate strategy into specific annual performance goals and departmental objectives, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum is offered, paid on a monthly basis, along with 34 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays. The company also provides an attractive pension scheme, health cash plan, life assurance, and other benefits.
