Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting two non-verbal ladies with their daily routines, personal care, and social activities. You will work collaboratively with our support team to ensure the highest quality of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to our service users, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication administration.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our service users, their families, and our support team.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes the independence and well-being of our service users.
Requirements
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion when interacting with our service users.
  • A strong work ethic and reliability in meeting the needs of our service users.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and service users.
  • Basic knowledge of administration of medication and personal care procedures.
  • Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
