About the Role

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centred care and support at our respite service in the St Helens area.

The successful candidate will work in a beautiful modern detached house, providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, and physical and sensory disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks
  • Provide support to individuals with domestic tasks and daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, housework, and other personal care
  • Lone working may be required, although generally, we work as part of a small team with an on-site management team
Requirements
  • A minimum of twelve months care experience is essential for this role
  • A passion for providing person-centred care and support in a bright, friendly environment
  • A valid driver's license is essential

  • Weekly pay
