Support Worker - Waking Night

Creative Support is seeking a reliable and proactive part-time Support Worker to join our team in St Helens. Our service is dedicated to ensuring that individuals with a learning disability enjoy the highest quality of life and make progress towards greater independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work effectively as part of a team and use your own initiative to provide support to individuals with domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users.
  • Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks.
  • Work on a rota system to include evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
  • A commitment to making a positive difference in individuals' lives.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but we encourage individuals with the right values and passion to apply.
