**Job Summary**

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Night Support Worker to join our team in St Helens. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our service users with a learning disability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work effectively as part of a team to provide high-quality support and care to service users.
  • Develop and maintain warm and trusting relationships with service users, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
  • Provide support with domestic tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care, to enable service users to live fulfilling lives.
  • Work on a rota system, including evenings and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not essential.
  • A commitment to making a positive difference in individuals' lives.
  • Ability to work using your own initiative and as part of a team.
