**Job Summary**

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in St Helens. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that individuals with a learning disability enjoy the highest quality of life and make progress towards greater independence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work effectively as part of a team to provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Provide support with domestic tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care, promoting a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Work on a rota system, including evenings and weekends, to ensure 24/7 support.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not essential.
  • A commitment to making a positive difference in individuals' lives.
  • Ability to work using your own initiative and as part of a team.
