About the Role:
  • Provide direct support to residents, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and emotional well-being.
  • Facilitate group sessions and individual therapy, promoting positive social interaction and skill development.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, upholding the principles of respect, dignity, and confidentiality.
