Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our multidisciplinary team as a Recovery Worker at Draper House, a specialist residential service for females with complex mental health needs.

As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting service users to equip them with the skills required for community living and increased independence.

You will work as part of a team to provide a recovery-based service, supported by individualised interventions, and receive training to enhance your skills and career development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance, with a commitment to promoting excellence, shared learning, respect, and kindness within the team.

You will work shift patterns, including weekends, bank holidays, and nights, and be required to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure those in our care are supported to make decisions and access the community.
