Our central team comprises a dedicated, driven group of departments working centrally to provide support across the Federation and all of our academies.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Governance Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of the Governor Services team, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of academy governance administration. You will provide advice, guidance, and training support to Principals, Clerks, and other members of staff in a range of areas, including governance, admissions, exclusions, and complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Governor Services administration and provide Clerking services to nominated Federation academies.
  • Anticipate and identify the needs of internal and external customers in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner, delivering high-quality service at all times.
  • Report to the Head of Governance and work closely with the team to provide support across the Federation and all of our academies.
