Join Our Team as a Governance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Officer to provide essential support to our client's Board, Council, and various Committees. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of governance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secretariat Support: Deliver comprehensive secretariat support, including preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and tracking actions.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth scheduling and running of all governance activities.
  • Policy Support: Provide support for ad hoc policy projects and maintain up-to-date knowledge of organisational byelaws and governance procedures.
  • Confidentiality: Good understanding of governance is ideal with a proven track record of handling confidential information.

About the Role: As a Governance Officer, you will work closely with the Governance Manager to advise on governance and support governance administration projects.
