Role Overview

Fresha is seeking an innovative and experienced Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing to lead our social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and digital content creation.

This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in social media management, influencer marketing, and digital content production.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and engaging online communities, driving brand awareness, and delivering impactful social media campaigns that drive conversions through a structured conversion funnel.

Reporting directly into the VP Brand & Marketing, and working collaboratively with the marketing, product, creative, and customer support teams.

The core objective of the Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing is to enhance Fresha's online presence, build a strong brand community, drive engagement, and convert followers into customers through effective social media strategies, influencer partnerships, and high-quality digital content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Fresha's brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify Fresha's reach and credibility.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand digital content for various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external creative agencies to ensure a fluid content factory, delivering engaging and cohesive content across all social channels.
  • Work with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless partner experiences and drive business growth.
