Menopause Specialist Nurse Leader

We are seeking an experienced Menopause Specialist Nurse to lead our Gynaecology Department in providing high-quality care and education for women navigating menopause.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will work closely with consultants, nurses, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient-centred care. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with experts to develop and implement effective care plans
- Providing specialist education and support to patients and their families
- Participating in the development of departmental policies and guidelines
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of women experiencing menopause, working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Requirements- Registered Nurse with at least 2 years' experience in Menopause and Gynaecology
- Honours degree in Nursing, research or ethics
- BMS/FSRH Advanced Menopause Certificate
- Previous experience in developing standards, guidelines, and policies
