Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our inpatient team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in need of rehabilitation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on care and support to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLS).
  • Work collaboratively with nursing and therapy teams to deliver care that promotes patient independence and well-being.
  • Support patients with end-of-life care and their families, providing emotional and practical support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring that individual needs are met.
  • Participate in clinical audits and contribute to the improvement of care services.
