About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our inpatient team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with their rehabilitation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on care and support to patients with activities of daily living
  • Work closely with nursing and therapy teams to facilitate rehabilitation and promote independence
  • Support patients with end-of-life care and their families
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment that promotes effective working and high-quality clinical services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a health or social care environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work all shift patterns, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
