Job Opportunity at Saltrock

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our Retail team at Saltrock. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers in finding the perfect products, process sales transactions with care, and ensure a positive experience within our store.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, keep products tidy and presentable, and replenish stock as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products, including features and benefits, and provide customers with expert advice.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, implement markdowns and price alterations, and support with merchandising and product replenishment.
  • Store Operations: Process deliveries, manage stock levels, and maintain a safe and healthy store environment.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Provide a warm and friendly manner, a passion for selling and interacting with customers, and a strong understanding of visual merchandising.
  • Technical Skills: Competent at till operations and cash handling, with experience in retail desirable but not essential.
