Office Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Prince Personnel. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage office phones, providing excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping to ensure seamless operations.
- Update databases with quality control information and ensure quality control processes have been adhered to, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Build rapport with clients and provide basic account management support, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Update the company website with new information, showcasing our services and expertise to potential clients.
- Provide support in the factory when necessary, working collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals.
- Occasionally use the company van to deliver urgent items, ensuring timely and efficient communication with the team.
- During holiday or absences, demonstrate flexibility to assist further, supporting the team and ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or office administration is preferred, but not essential. We are open to candidates with transferable skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
