About the Position
Elegant Resorts is seeking a highly skilled Director of Customer Experience to join its team. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, while developing strategic partnerships that align with our commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty targets.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, promoting accountability and excellence across all departments.
- Analyse customer behaviour and preferences to refine customer experience strategies, staying ahead of industry changes.
- Drive brand management, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with the expectations of the luxury segment.

What We Offer
- Estimated salary: £100,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You
- Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership, ideally within luxury travel or a related sector.
