Executive Director of Mental Health Services

Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking a visionary leader to drive the success of our mental health services. As Executive Director of Mental Health Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience. You will work closely with our executive directors and non-executive board members to ensure that our services are aligned with the Trust's overall vision and goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health leadership and a proven track record of driving change and improvement. You will be a collaborative and effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with our staff, patients, and partners. You will also be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement plans to achieve our goals and objectives.

You will be responsible for leading our mental health services, including our forensic mental health wards and health services in prisons.
