English Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Adult & Online department at South Hampshire College's Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Online Trainers and Administrator colleagues to achieve funding and outcome targets.
- Deliver high-quality adult learning programs through various delivery modes.
- Manage the team's performance and ensure high-quality learner support.
- Contribute to the development of innovative and unrivalled adult learning offers.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCSE grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent.
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Level 3 qualification in Management or Team leading is desirable.
- Good standard of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Keen interest in adult and online training courses.
