About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at Apetito Limited. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting our office-based staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate the office team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Monitor performance and provide coaching and support to team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Depot Operations Manager to ensure alignment with company strategy and maximize opportunities.
  • Manage the office team's rotas and holidays, and arrange cover where necessary.
  • Liaise with the Retail Operations Manager and Depot Operations Manager to highlight concerns or successes.
Requirements
  • Good leadership potential with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
  • Experience of people engagement and leading a team of up to 5 people.
  • Passion, energy, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ambition to succeed and drive sales growth.
  • Empathy to deal with our customers and ability to effectively promote WFF.
  • Willingness to be 'hands on' and support the team in carrying out their roles.
  • GCSE English and Maths - Good understanding of written and oral English.
