We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Adult & Online department at South Hampshire College's Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Online Trainers and Administrator colleagues to achieve funding and outcome targets.
  • Deliver the innovative and unrivalled adult learning offer accessed through a range of delivery modes.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated Team Leader with a range of industry experience in adult and online training courses.
  • Good standard of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Level 3 qualification in Management or Team leading is desirable.
