PK Education is seeking an exceptional Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced educators to provide individualised support to pupils with complex needs.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in working with pupils with special educational needs. You will work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective support and contribute to the development of tailored plans to promote pupil progression.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, ideally a Level 3 qualification or degree in Education or Special Inclusive Education, and significant experience working with pupils with challenging behaviour or SEND.
