We are looking for a highly skilled learning assistant to support a KS1 class in Quinton.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working with autism to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our pupils.

Job Description:
  • Support children in a whole-class and one-to-one setting
  • Develop a supportive environment that meets the needs of all learners
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to monitor pupil progress
Requirements:
  • A Level 3 NVQ certificate in Education or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a teaching assistant
  • Comfortable working with children who have special educational needs (SEND)
