About the Role: As a Governance Training Specialist at Legal & General Group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programmes for key stakeholders on Salesforce best practices, governance, and data management to ensure compliance and optimise functionality. You will work closely with key stakeholders to define, enforce, and communicate governance principles and act as the primary point of contact for user enquiries related to governance, compliance, and training support. Additionally, you will monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to Salesforce data usage and conduct regular audits to identify risk mitigations and recommendations for improvement.

About You: To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in Salesforce system administration, change management, and training delivery. Your ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders is crucial to this role. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programmes for key stakeholders on Salesforce best practices, governance, and data management to ensure compliance and optimise functionality.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, enforce, and communicate governance principles and act as the primary point of contact for user enquiries related to governance, compliance, and training support.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to Salesforce data usage and conduct regular audits to identify risk mitigations and recommendations for improvement.
