About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Asset Management Specialist to join our Office IT team at Vodafone UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of all IT assets across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between Vodafone UK and Vodafone Group Asset Management teams
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting updates on asset management activities
  • Ensure internal device policies are adhered to and measures such as asset deviation are kept in line with global targets
  • Coordinate and run business takeaway calls on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required
  • Create and implement OIT AM policies relevant for the whole user base
  • Work with other internal departments to ensure security of the estate
  • Audit all Vodafone UK OIT manned sites to ensure stock levels are accurate
  • Work with users and line managers to ensure compliance of policies
Requirements
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to translate IT language into business language
  • Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong creative skills
  • Confident, collaborative working style and able to interface with people of all levels
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven experience supporting change initiatives with strong analytical skills
  • ITIL Foundation certificate desired but not essential
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Awareness and interest in current technological and industry trends and initiatives
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work across cross-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver service and change
  • Ability to speak and influence at all levels in the organization
