About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team at Everton Stadium. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pastry experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pastry menus and product requirements, ensuring high-quality and consistency.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including cleaning rotas, standard operating procedures, and staffing rotas.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing training and development opportunities to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and third-party suppliers to ensure product quality, stock control, and stock holding.
  • Drive guest-focused culture, demonstrating a deep understanding of hospitality standards and client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, managing labor costs, and maintaining high-quality food production.
Requirements
  • Senior management experience in a pastry operations environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of food handling and food safety standards.
  • Ability to manage labor costs, food costs, and maintain high-quality food production.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
