About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at Aramark UK as Head Pastry Chef at the new Everton Stadium. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and inspirational hospitality team, delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver an exceptional culinary pastry experience within the stadium, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety, quality, creativity, and consistency.
  • Take ownership of the coordination and delivery of pastry menus, product requirements, and kitchen operations, including menu costing, product sourcing, and kitchen setup.
  • Develop and implement health and safety processes, including cleaning rotas, standard operating procedures, and training manuals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing training and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with procurement, logistics, and third-party suppliers to ensure product quality, stock control, and stock holding.
  • Drive guest-focused culture through consistently demonstrating an in-depth knowledge and appreciation of hospitality standards and client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company and legislative requirements, driving excellence in safety performance.
Requirements
  • Naturally confident leader with senior management experience.
  • Extensive experience in pastry operations environment.
  • Positive and passionate focus on food, with a natural flare for hospitality.
  • Trained to Level 3 food safety (desired).
  • Previous P&L accountability and evidence of commercial nous.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
