The successful candidate will provide Human Resources support across all levels of the organisation, focusing on employee relations, policy review, business partnering, reward, culture, diversity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations: Oversee and manage all employee relations issues in the business, escalating to the Head of Global HR where required.
- Policy Development: Support the Head of Global HR in developing and maintaining policies and procedures for employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
- HR Generalist: Provide HR support across all levels of the organisation, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior management stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Training and Development: Deliver training to Line Managers on HR-related processes and policies.
- Compliance: Oversee the administration of HR-related documentation, including contracts of employment and letters to employees.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all regulatory and legislative compliance checks are completed for new employees, including oversight of SMS systems regarding visas.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or Chartered MCIPD (desirable)
- Minimum of 5 years' HR experience (essential)
- Proven background as an HR professional working with senior management stakeholders, with demonstrable experience building trusted relationships at this level, ideally within a multi-site and global business.
- A HR generalist with hands-on experience covering topics such as employee relations, policy review, business partnering, reward, culture, diversity, and inclusion.
- A self-starter, able to plan and prioritise your own workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised, commercially savvy with a data-driven approach.
- Knowledge of and experience in the application of UK employment law.
- Experience working across different international jurisdictions is desirable.
- Commercial acumen.
- Some experience delivering initiatives and programmes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Demonstrate maturity and excellent inter-personal skills.
