Join Our Team as a Support Worker for Children

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized support to children with learning difficulties or challenging behavior
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage and support children to develop their skills and independence
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a safe and supportive environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months paid children's care experience in the UK in the last 3 years
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Good standard of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Enhanced DBS and suitable references
