Join Our Team as a Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

About the Role

Our residential care homes offer a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people who require specialist support. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our residents, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our residents, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that our residents' needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any incidents or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centered approach to childcare.
  • Aged 21 or above.
  • Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential.
