About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Hollybank Trust. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex physical and learning disabilities to live enriched lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and administer medications in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Update and assess care plans to ensure the highest level of care and support.
  • Supervise a small team of social care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Liaise with families and health professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
