Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve productivity and service KPIs
  • Ensure the highest levels of health, safety, and hygiene are maintained in the warehouse
  • Manage the Goods Inwards area to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance
  • Monitor and control sickness absence levels and investigate disciplinary matters
  • Manage overtime and agency workers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation
  • Enforce and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Computer literate with knowledge of Excel
  • Confident at dealing with people at all levels
  • Adaptable and methodical approach to work/training/working hours
  • Conscientious and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Effectively prioritize workload to meet set deadlines
